XTONES is a creative studio based in Nagano, dedicated to redefining Japan’s sonic heritage and connecting it to the world. Our mission is not only to transmit supreme "tones" to the next generation but also to connect with the world through sound.
XTONESは、長野を拠点に日本の音響資産を再定義し、世界へと繋ぐためのクリエイティブ・スタジオです。日本が誇る至高の「トーン」を、次世代、そして世界へ発信するとともに、音を通じて世界とつながることを目指しています。
The name XTONES (Cross Tones) reflects our strong desire to be an "intersection" where tradition meets technology, and where Japan meets the world through sound.
XTONES（Cross Tones）という名前には、伝統と技術、そして日本と世界が音を通じて「交差する場所」でありたい、という願いが込められています。

We deliver rare LPs—focusing on anime music and soundtracks—that combine Japan's world-class pop culture with its legendary vinyl manufacturing technology. These are rare items that catch the eyes of collectors and are difficult to find even within Japan. All items are graded strictly based on the Goldmine Standard.
日本が世界に誇るアニメ文化、そして卓越した製造技術を持つレコード。
私たちは、アニメ音楽やサウンドトラックを中心に、コレクターが目を見張るような希少なLPをお届けします。これらは日本国内でも入手困難なレアアイテムばかりです。また、すべての商品はゴールドマイン・スタンダードに基づいた厳格なグレーディングに準拠しています。

As the operator of XTONES, my journey began when I became captivated by the unique sounds born here in Japan. I started wondering if there was a way—my own way—to deliver these sounds to the world, which led to the launch of this venture.
I view "sound" not merely as a consumable commodity but as a cultural "heritage." My goal is to pursue a new form of audio business that fuses modern digital workflows with a deep respect for analog traditions.
Personally, I’ve always been a "digital first" kind of player. My process has always been to try a piece of gear digitally, and if I’m truly convinced, then I’d go for the real thing.
But let's be honest—great gear is expensive, and a lot of it is just plain hard to come by. Whenever I tried to find captures of the specific pedals I was interested in, they were rarely online. And even when I did get lucky and found something, I often ended up disappointed. The pedal’s true character and soul were just… gone. I’d find myself thinking, "Something’s not right here," and walk away feeling let down.
You have no idea what the settings were or what kind of signal chain they were captured in. Without that transparency, you can't really judge the true quality of the gear.
I just wanted a place where I could easily experience the sound of rare pedals in a way that feels 100% real.
That personal frustration is exactly why I started XTONES. We deliver the authentic soul of legendary gear, captured in a zero-compromise environment. I invite you to experience the magic for yourself—digitally, first.
I aim to operate this space as a place where serendipitous encounters with tone can happen. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
XTONESの運営者。自分自身が日本で生まれた音に引き込まれ魅了されるうちに、これを世界へ届ける自分なりの方法はないかと考えるようになり、本事業がスタートしました。
「音」を単なる消費財ではなく、文化的な「遺産」として捉え、モダンなワークフローとアナログへの敬意を融合させた新たな音響ビジネスの形を追求しています。
自分自身、ずっと「まずデジタルで試してみて、本当に納得できたら実機を買う」という流れで機材を選んできました。
でも、いい機材はどれも高価ですし、そもそも手に入りづらいものも少なくありません。
いざデジタルで試そうと思っても、自分が求めているペダルのデータはネットにはほとんど落ちていない。運良く見つかったとしても、どこかペダル本来の魅力や個性が失われてしまっていて、「なんか違うな……」とガッカリすることも多かったです。
どんな設定で、どんな環境でキャプチャされたのかも分からない。そんな不透明なデータでは、その機材の本当の良さは判断できません。
「もっと気軽に、でも最高にリアルな状態で、希少なペダルの音に触れられる場所が欲しい。」
そんな自分自身の経験もあり、このXTONESを立ち上げました。
名機たちの「本物の響き」を、妥協のない環境でキャプチャして届けます。まずはデジタルで、その魅力を存分に体感してみてください。
偶発的な音のめぐり合わせが起こるような場所を目指して運営していきますので、よろしくお願いします。

Currently, the studio imagery on our homepage represents the "ideal space" we aspire to create. Our ultimate goal is to establish a physical hub that transcends the boundaries between virtual and real, located in the heart of Nagano—the sacred land of Japanese guitar craftsmanship and a place of profound natural beauty.
現在、トップページに掲げているスタジオの風景は、私たちがいつか実現したいと願う「理想の空間」のイメージです。私たちの最終的な目標は、日本産ギターの聖地でもあり、自然豊かな長野で、デジタルとリアルの境界を超え、最高峰の音響設備を備えた交流拠点を築くことです。
