    After following our "XTONES" account on Cortex Cloud, we will share the preset/capture data with the Cortex Cloud username you provided at checkout within 48 hours.
    Cortex Cloudで「XTONES」をフォロー後、48時間以内に指定のユーザーネーム宛にデータを共有いたします。
  • ■ For TONEX Users:
    A download link will be sent to your registered email address immediately after payment is confirmed.
    決済確認後、登録されたメールアドレスにダウンロードリンクが即時送信されます。

Returns & Refunds / 返品・返金

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is completed. Please check compatibility before purchasing.
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、決済完了後の返品・返金・交換は一切お受けできません。

2. Physical Goods / 有形商品

Recommendation: Try the Digital Model First

If you are uncertain about the sonic characteristics, we strongly recommend trying our Digital Capture Packs first. XTONES digital assets faithfully reproduce the sound of the actual unit.
音色に不安がある場合は、実機を忠実に再現した「デジタルキャプチャー」を先に試されることを強くお勧めします。

Returns & Exchange Policy / 返品・交換

General Policy: We do not accept returns for customer convenience (e.g., "sound character is different from imagination").
希少な商品につき、お客様都合による返品・交換は一切お受けできません。

Quality Assurance & Anti-Fraud Measures:
  • Evidence Preservation (Video): Immediately prior to shipping, we record high-resolution video of the unit's operation, serial number, and internal circuit board.
    発送直前に動作・シリアル・内部基板の状態を高画質動画で記録保存し、不正返品を防止しています。
  • Restocking Fee: For special exceptions (excluding our error), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
    特別な例外として返品を認める場合、商品代金の20%を再在庫手数料として差し引きます。

Vinyl Grading: Strictly according to the Goldmine Standard. Returns are not accepted for minor surface noise typical of vintage vinyl.
レコードのグレーディングは世界基準に基づき厳格に行っています。ヴィンテージ特有の軽微なノイズは返品対象外です。

3. Shipping & Customs / 配送と関税

Shipping: Worldwide via EMS, FedEx, or DHL from Nagano. Tracking included.
長野よりEMS・FedEx・DHLで発送します。全配送に追跡番号が付帯します。

Customs & Duties:
[USA] Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout (DDP). No additional fees upon delivery.
[Other Countries] Import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office.
【アメリカ】関税・輸入税はチェックアウト時に事前徴収されます（DDP）。商品受取時の追加支払いはありません。
【その他の国】関税・輸入手数料は購入者の負担となります。事前にお住まいの地域の税関へご確認ください。
