  • ■ Shipped from Nagano, Japan (Tracking Included):
    Each item is personally inspected and sent via trackable international express shipping (DHL Express or FedEx).
    すべての商品は長野県より最終検品の上、追跡番号付きの国際エクスプレス便（DHL / FedEx）にて発送いたします。
  • ■ Why Expedited:
    We use Expedited shipping to shorten transit time and significantly reduce stress and damage risk on vinyl records and precision gear in transit.
    輸送期間を極力短縮し、レコードの熱反りや精密機器への輸送ストレス・破損リスクを最小限に抑えるため、高速配送を採用しています。
  • ■ Dedicated Packaging:
    ・Vinyl Records: Secured between protective boards on both sides, packed in a dedicated vinyl mailer, then protected with bubble wrap and a FedEx Extra Large pack.
    ・Audio Gear & Pedals: Cushioned with shock-absorbing materials and packed in heavy-duty outer cartons.
    ・レコード：両面を保護板で挟み込み、レコード専用ダンボール＋エアパッキン＋FedEx特大パックで三重に保護します。
    ・機材・ペダル：十分な緩衝材を用い、頑丈な外箱で安全にお届けします。

Customs & Duties / 関税・諸税について

Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before purchasing if you are unsure about possible fees.

  • Returns (Change of Mind): We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse (e.g., "sound character is different from imagination").

  • Customs & Unclaimed Packages: Items returned due to unpaid customs duties or being left unclaimed will not receive a full refund. Any return shipping costs and resulting loss in item value will be deducted from a possible refund.

    After following our "XTONES" account on Cortex Cloud, we will share the preset/capture data with the Cortex Cloud username you provided at checkout within 48 hours.
    Cortex Cloudで「XTONES」をフォロー後、48時間以内に指定のユーザーネーム宛にデータを共有いたします。
  • ■ For TONEX Users:
    A download link will be sent to your registered email address immediately after payment is confirmed.
    決済確認後、登録されたメールアドレスにダウンロードリンクが即時送信されます。

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is completed. Please check compatibility before purchasing.
