Digital Delivery Guide

Thank you for choosing XTONES. Since Tone Models are delivered digitally, the process varies depending on your platform. Please follow the instructions below to unlock your new sound.

1. For Quad Cortex Users

Method: Cortex Cloud Share

  • Step 1: Provide Your Handle
    During checkout, please enter your Cortex Cloud Handle (Username) in the "Order Note" field.
    How to find your ID: Open your profile in the Cortex Cloud app or web, tap the share icon, and copy the link. The alphanumeric string at the very end of the URL (after /u/) is your ID.

  • Step 2: Follow "XTONES"
    Search for our official account "XTONES" on the Cortex Cloud app or website and follow us.
  • Step 3: Receive & Sync
    Once your order is confirmed, we will follow you back and share the captures with you. On your unit, go to Directory > Captures > Shared with me and tap the download icon to sync.

2. For TONEX Users

Method: Instant Digital Download

  • Step 1: Download
    After checkout, you will receive a download link via email and on the order confirmation page.
  • Step 2: Import
    Open the TONEX Software on your PC/Mac and navigate to the Librarian tab.
  • Step 3: Drag & Drop
    Drag the downloaded .txp file into the Librarian list. Your new Tone Model is now ready to play and can be transferred to your TONEX Pedal.

XTONESのデジタル資産をご購入いただきありがとうございます。プラットフォームごとに受け取り方法が異なりますので、以下のガイドに従って操作を行ってください。

1. Quad Cortex をご利用の方

受け取り方法：Cortex Cloud 経由

  • Step 1: ユーザー名の入力
    ご購入時の「注文メモ（備考欄）」に、お客様の Cortex Cloud ユーザー名（Handle） をご記入ください。
    IDの確認方法： アプリまたはブラウザでプロフィール画面を開き、共有アイコンをタップしてリンクをコピーしてください。URLの末尾（/u/ 以降）にある英数字がお客様のIDとなります。

  • Step 2: XTONESをフォロー
    Cortex Cloud内で "XTONES" を検索し、フォローをお願いします。
  • Step 3: 同期と保存
    お支払い確認後、弊社よりデータを共有いたします。本体の Directory > Captures > Shared with me から、共有されたデータをダウンロードして保存してください。

2. TONEX をご利用の方

受け取り方法：インスタント・ダウンロード

  • Step 1: ダウンロード
    決済完了後、メールまたは注文完了画面に表示されるリンクからファイルをダウンロードしてください。
  • Step 2: インポート
    PC/Macで TONEX ソフトウェア を起動し、Librarian タブを開きます。
  • Step 3: 追加
    ダウンロードした .txp ファイルをリストにドラッグ＆ドロップしてください。これでPlayerやペダル本体への転送が可能になります。
