XTONES delivers premium gear and records from Nagano, Japan, to enthusiasts worldwide. We prioritize safe packing and fast, reliable delivery.
XTONESでは、長野県より世界中のオーディオ・ファンへ厳選したアイテムをお届けします。丁寧な梱包と、迅速で確実な配送を第一に考えています。

● Handling & Transit Time / 配送スケジュール

To ensure the best quality, our shipping process is divided into two phases:
最高の品質をお届けするため、発送までの準備期間と配送期間を以下のように定めております。

  • Handling Time (3-5 Business Days): This period is for final inspection, cleaning, and professional packing at our Nagano studio.
    発送準備期間（3〜5営業日）: 最終検品、クリーニング、および厳重な梱包を行うための期間です。
  • Transit Time (2-5 Business Days): Once shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days to most worldwide destinations.
    配送所要日数（2〜5営業日）: 発送後、DHLまたはFedExにより通常2〜5営業日でお手元に届きます。

● International Shipping & Customs / 国際配送と関税

Courier: We primarily use DHL Express or FedEx for all international orders to ensure speed and safety.
配送業者: スピードと安全性を考慮し、主にDHLまたはFedExを利用します。

Customs & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office prior to purchasing.
関税について: 商品代金および配送料に関税等は含まれておりません。発生した場合はお客様（購入者）のご負担となります。あらかじめ現地の税関等へご確認ください。

● Professional Packing / 梱包について

We use heavy-duty cardboard and specialized materials to prevent damage during long-distance transit. For vinyl records, we take extra care to prevent corner dings and seam splits.
長距離輸送に耐えうる頑丈なダンボールと緩衝材を使用します。レコードについては角折れや底抜けがないよう、特に細心の注意を払って梱包します。
