Shipped from Nagano, Japan via trackable international express shipping (DHL Express / FedEx). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days to most destinations worldwide. We prioritize expedited shipping to shorten transit time and minimize environmental/transit stress on vinyl records and gear.

● Dedicated Packaging / 梱包について
・Vinyl Records:
Secured between protective boards on both sides, packed in a dedicated vinyl mailer, then protected with bubble wrap and a FedEx Extra Large pack.
・Audio Gear:
Shock-cushioned and packed in heavy-duty outer cartons.
(Note for domestic customers: Physical items are for international export only; domestic shipping within Japan is currently not provided.)

1. Our Guarantee & Returns
Our Guarantee: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described (e.g., skips or severe unnoted noise), please message us right away. We will take full responsibility and issue a Full Refund upon return of the item.
・No Partial Refunds: To prevent grading disputes, we do not offer partial refunds. If you are not fully satisfied with the condition, please return the item for a full refund.
・Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or personal preference (e.g., "sound character differs from expectation").
・Defective Items: Return shipping is covered by us.

2. Grading Guarantee & Vintage Characteristics
Every record is meticulously inspected under strong studio lighting and play-checked on critical passages to ensure accurate grading.
・Minor Warps: Please note that minor, play-safe warps that do not affect playback or tracking are natural characteristics of vintage vinyl and are not considered defects.


3. Sealed Items Policy
To preserve maximum collector value, factory-sealed (unopened/deadstock) records cannot be opened or internally inspected prior to shipment. All sealed inventory is carefully stored upright in our temperature- and humidity-controlled studio storage to maintain optimal condition.

Please note that vinyl pressings can occasionally have minor, factory-original manufacturing variances (such as light surface marks or minor edge imperfections from pressing) that do not affect playback. As long as the record plays through without issues, these are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or return once opened. However, in the rare event of major physical damage or a critical factory defect that prevents playback, please reach out to us with photos/video and we will resolve it promptly and fairly.

4. Customs & Unclaimed Returns
Items returned to Japan due to unpaid customs duties, refused delivery, or remaining unclaimed will not receive a full refund. All round-trip shipping expenses and any resulting decrease in item value will be deducted from the refund.
