We use heavy-duty cardboard mailers with extra padding to prevent damage during transit. For Japan-based customers: Physical items are for international export only; currently, no domestic shipping is provided.
専用の頑丈なダンボールと緩衝材を使用し、細心の注意を払って梱包します。なお、物理的な商品の販売は海外輸出専用となっており、日本国内への配送は行っておりません。

In the unlikely event of a significant grading discrepancy (e.g., skips or severe noise not described), we offer a Full Refund upon return of the item.
We generally do not offer partial refunds. If you are not satisfied with the condition, please return the item for a full refund.
万が一、グレーディングと著しく異なる不具合（針飛び等）があった場合は、速やかに「返品・全額返金」にて対応いたします。

2. Grading Guarantee & Warps / 品質と検品基準
To ensure accuracy, we visually inspect every record under strong studio lighting and play-check key tracks.
Please note that minor warps that do not affect play are not considered defects for vintage records.
当店では、強力なライトの下での目視確認に加え、主要箇所の試聴を行い正確なグレーディングを心がけています。
なお、「再生に影響のない軽微な反り」については、ヴィンテージ盤の特性上、返品対象外とさせていただきます。
3. Sealed Items Policy / 未開封品の取り扱い
Returns for "Sealed" (Unopened) vintage items are only accepted if the item is returned in the same sealed condition. Once opened, it cannot be returned for any reason.
「未開封（Sealed）」として販売した商品については、「未開封のまま」の場合に限り返品を受け付けます。いかなる理由があっても、開封後の返品・返金はお受けできません。
