To ensure safe arrival of high-end gear, a Direct Signature is required for orders over ¥20,000. Orders over ¥50,000 are fully insured for their total value.
高額機材の安全な到着のため、2万円以上の注文は受取人の署名を必須とし、5万円以上の注文には全額補償の保険を付帯して発送します。

● Professional Packing / 梱包について
We use double-layered cushioning and sturdy boxes to protect delicate electronics from shocks during transit. For Japan-based customers: Physical items are for international export only; currently, no domestic shipping is provided.
精密機器を衝撃から守るため、二重の緩衝材と頑丈なボックスを使用して梱包します。なお、物理的な商品の販売は海外輸出専用となっており、日本国内への配送は行っておりません。

● Customs & Taxes / 関税について
Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price.
関税等が発生した場合、お客様のご負担となりますのでご了承ください。

1. Refund Policy / 返金・返品について
In the unlikely event of a functional defect upon arrival, we offer a Full Refund upon return of the item.
万が一、商品到着時に動作不良などの不具合が確認された場合は、速やかに「返品・全額返金」にて対応いたします。

2. Quality Assurance / 検品と品質保証について
New items are shipped strictly factory-sealed. For used items, we conduct a thorough functional check (power and audio output) immediately before packing to ensure quality.
新品商品はメーカー未開封の状態でお届けいたします。中古商品につきましては、トラブル防止のため、発送直前に通電および音声出力等の厳格な最終動作確認を行っております。

Shipping Insurance: If an item arrives damaged or dead on arrival due to transit handling, we will file a shipping insurance claim.
到着時に外箱の著しい破損や不動が見られる場合は、配送事故（保険適用）として処理いたします。
