Organic Sounds is a Japanese boutique brand that has gained a cult-like following by reverse-engineering the most coveted vintage pedals and translating their organic soul into modern designs. Their flagship overdrive, "Chronos," became a benchmark for rich, three-dimensional tone.
The Chronos Zero represents a significant evolution in their development story. While the original Chronos was celebrated for its lush, harmonic density, the "Zero" was developed to meet the demands of players who require faster attack and clearer transients in modern mix environments. The circuit has been redesigned with a focus on high-speed response, utilizing an internal voltage boost to 18V from a standard 9V input. This drastically increases headroom and prevents the "congestion" often found in high-gain pedals. The high-quality buffered bypass is a highlight of its engineering, carefully tuned to ensure that your signal remains vibrant and "alive" even through extensive cable runs. To ensure safe arrival of high-end gear, a Direct Signature is required for orders over ¥20,000. Orders over ¥50,000 are fully insured for their total value.

We use double-layered cushioning and sturdy boxes to protect delicate electronics from shocks during transit. For Japan-based customers: Physical items are for international export only; currently, no domestic shipping is provided.
精密機器を衝撃から守るため、二重の緩衝材と頑丈なボックスを使用して梱包します。なお、物理的な商品の販売は海外輸出専用となっており、日本国内への配送は行っておりません。

2. Pre-shipment Video / 発送前の動作記録
To ensure quality and prevent disputes, we record a video of every item immediately before packing. This video documents the serial number, cosmetic condition, and full functionality.
当店ではトラブル防止のため、すべての商品を発送する直前に最終動作確認を行い、その様子（シリアルNo.、通電、音声出力等）を高画質動画で記録・保存しています。
- Fair Assessment: If you report a defect, we will review this footage to determine the cause.
到着時の不具合は、この記録動画と照らし合わせて対応を決定します。 - Shipping Insurance: If the item works in our video but arrives dead, we file an insurance claim.
「動画では正常だが到着時に不動」の場合は、配送事故（保険適用）として処理します。
